This brings us to the fifth secret known by successful families, the importance of working things out together.
It is almost certain that the people we live with will not always think the same way we do, or want the same things. This may bring conflict. Successful families have learnt healthy ways of handling conflicts when they arise. Learning these skills will be our focus for this week.

Step 1: For Parents
Let’s begin with preparing yourself by doing some background reading, then making sure you have all the resources ready to introduce the ideas to your children.

Step 2: For Kids
